Once an order has been placed it can NO LONGER be altered, please make sure to apply discount codes (if any) and enter your correct address before check out. 

 

Order Tracking:

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update/activate. If your order is processed on a Friday after 3 PM PST, please allow the following business day (Monday) for tracking to become available.

Orders Shipped in the United States:

Orders may take 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) to ship out in the United States after order is placed. We will do our very best to ship out our products as soon as possible. 

Orders are shipped through USPS in the United States.

Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as the order is processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update/activate. If order is processed on Friday after 3PM PST please allow the following business day (Monday) for tracking to update. 

Wispy Dream Lashes is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Contact USPS. 

Wispy Dream Lashes is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damaged or delayed packages caused by USPS. 

Wispy Dream Lashes is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.


If a package is returned to Wispy Dream Lashes due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. 

International Orders:

Orders may take 5-25 business days (Monday-Friday) to be delivered depending on your location after order is placed. We will do our very best to ship out our products as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for all import and/or custom fees. International shipping rates vary by package weight and distance. The customer can purchase shipping from USPS International Shipping or DHL. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update once order is processed.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Wispy Dream Lashes does NOT accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges due to sanitary reasons.

 

However, if the product you have purchased is damaged due to manufacturing and the product has NOT been used, we can process an exchange for you. 

Damaged Product Refund/Exchange: If the product you have received is damaged due to manufacturing and has not been used please contact us within 48 hours after your product has been delivered shopwispydream@gmail.com with evidence (include photos of damaged product), order number, and your full name. Our customer service will gladly help you with your order and will respond within 1-3 business days. After approval, we will ask you to mail your damaged product back to us and a new product replacement will be sent to you as soon as the damaged product is delivered to us. Shipping cost will be covered during an exchange due to a defect from manufacturer. 

If you have requested a refund instead of exchange due to a damage from manufacturer, please note that your banking institution may require a few days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-7 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Orders $100 or more

If you are a first time customer of $100 or more, we will kindly contact you to confirm your order to prevent fraud. Your phone number and email address are required. We will kindly ask you to write a written statement that you purchased these products from Wispy Dream Lashes (www.wispydreamlashes.com) to ensure there will be no chargebacks.
